1. General provisions
Purchases made through bucha.rs are considered distance sales under Serbian consumer protection law.
2. Cancelling an order before shipment
If an order has not been shipped yet, the buyer may cancel it by sending a request to our support email address.
3. Complaints and returns
- If packaging is damaged during transport and starter liquid leaks, the buyer is entitled to a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
- Because of the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of food products that are sound and undamaged.
- In specific situations, returns are arranged directly with customer support.
4. Complaint procedure
- Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
- If damage is visible, photograph the shipment before opening it.
- Report the issue as soon as possible by email or phone.
5. Return limitations
- Opened products
- Products with damaged original packaging
- Products that were delivered correctly and were not damaged in transit
