Package inspection on delivery

Please inspect the package before signing for delivery and record any visible damage together with the courier. You are not required to accept a visibly damaged shipment.

Shipping within Serbia

• Shipping is available within Serbia through a courier service.
• Shipping costs are charged according to the current courier price list.
• Orders above RSD 10,000 qualify for free delivery.
• Standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.
• Deliveries are made on business days.

Shipping limitations

• Shipping is available only within the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo and Metohija.
• We do not currently ship internationally.
• Because of the nature of the products, parcels are dispatched on business days only.

Additional notes

• If you cannot receive the package in the expected time slot, please notify us in advance.
• Products are delivered with basic instructions for use.
• If starter liquid leaks because of transport damage, a replacement shipment is sent at no extra charge.
